(2) Allergic Urticaria

Dos

  • Eat more of bitter gourd, drum sticks, radish and pomegranate.
  • Massage body with mustard oil and bathe with hot water.
  • Consume one teaspoon of honey daily.
  • Take soup made from green gram and horse gram.

Donts

  • Avoid drinking milk and eating milk products like, curds, cottage cheese, butter, cheese, etc.
  • Avoid consumption of any sweets made from sugar and sweetened drinks.
  • Avoid all types of seafood.
  • Do not sleep during the daytime.
  • Do not bathe in common pools and avoid sunbathing.

Dos

  • Eat black grapes, bananas, mangoes, pomegranate, radish, coriander, ginger, garlic, ajwain, old jaggery, rock salt.
  • Have buttermilk and home made sherbets.
  • Have green gram soup.
  • Eat betel leaves.

Donts

  • Avoid cold drinks, tea, coffee, betel nuts, things made from cocoa.
  • Along with milk avoid taking fruits, garlic, onions, radish, black gram lentils and jaggery.
  • Do not take honey in summer.
  • Do not eat stale food especially leafy vegetables.
  • Do not drink impure water and sheep's milk.

(4) Insomnia

Dos

  • For dinner have rice, sugar crystals and things made from milk and ghee.
  • A whole body oil massage induces sleep.
  • Take regular walks.
  • Meditate and do deep breathing regularly.
  • Massage soles of the feet with ghee made from cow's milk.

Donts

  • Do not sleep during the day time.
  • Avoid activities of stress and strain.
  • Avoid tea/coffee/smoking after evening.
  • Do not do anything which will hurt the feelings of others.
